exceptional service, outstandingly accommodating staff, breakfast was lovely, bed was exceptionally comfortable. room had a bright bathroom that we loved. its pool was good, we chilled out there when it was wonderful outside. found in a pretty comfortable part of the town.

We had a really really nice experience here. Variety of supplies in the room : central heating, a writing desk, iron and ironing board.

Central location, within walking distance of a Catholic cathedral. The staff was exceptional, attentive with every request.

We had a fairly nice time. Particularly good location, amazingly comfortable rooms and wonderful staff. It was very handy to have an electric kettle and a fridge.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was really good. It was nice to have a heating system, a writing table and ironing facilities in the room.
There is hair in some places.

This hotel's so close to tourist places like botanical garden. We enjoyed astoria boutique.
